  1. Nicknames, yes. Bots and trolls, no.

    We verify every member using photo ID. A nickname is fine. What you cannot be is a bot, ten accounts, or someone ramping a share they will have sold by Friday.

  2. A place to think out loud.

    Most forums reward whoever shouts loudest. We would rather hear from whoever has thought hardest. Compare notes with people who take their companies as seriously as you do.

  3. Ownership you can prove.

    Verification proves you are a person. Certifying is optional, and proves you are an owner as well. Upload a brokerage statement and your posts on that company's board carry a certified shareholder badge. We read which companies you hold, never how much, and then delete the statement.

  4. A voice companies answer.

    One owner is easy to ignore. Many verified investors are not. When investors have questions for the company, we write to them.

Why we have built this

The room where owners asked their questions has been emptying for years.

The AGM was the one room where a company had to face its owners, and answer. Attendance was thinning long before virtual-only meetings finished the job. And most shareholders now hold through a nominee account, so the company cannot see them at all.

A real stake deserves a seat at the table. So we built one.
