Why we have built this

The room where owners asked their questions has been emptying for years.

The AGM was the one room where a company had to face its owners, and answer. Attendance was thinning long before virtual-only meetings finished the job. And most shareholders now hold through a nominee account, so the company cannot see them at all.

A real stake deserves a real room. So we built one.

What makes it different

Noise and a voice are not the same thing.

  1. Nicknames, yes. Bots and trolls, no.

    Verified members have higher-quality, more engaged discussions. A real person is behind every post, so there's no anonymous ramping.

  2. Shaped for thought, not volume.

    A good board is not the loudest take repeated fastest. We use light structure and gentle nudges so considered contributions rise, and disagreeing with the crowd is welcome here, not punished.

  3. Per-company boards, and impromptu topics.

    A dedicated board for the UK-listed companies you follow, the top 150 US-listed companies, plus impromptu topics to talk through the news as it breaks.

  4. A collective voice.

    Members' views, collated faithfully and put to the company in writing. The response is published in full.
