One owner is easy to ignore. The considered view of many verified people is not. The letters are how that view reaches a company: not a petition, not a campaign, but members' views on a company, collated faithfully and put to it in writing.
How a letter works.
A letter begins on a company's board, pegged to a real corporate event: results, a trading update, a major announcement. We say plainly that we will write to the company, and members share their views in their own words by a stated date. The letter reports what members actually said, organised by theme, including where members disagree with each other. Quotations are never attributed. No member signs, joins or authorises a letter; the platform collates and reports.
The company is told that whatever it sends back will be published in full to members. If, after eight weeks, no response has arrived, the board records that plainly too. Either way, the record stands.
